HCSS - Instrument Indexing System
This system is designed to be used by County Clerks in the indexing of their instruments and commissioner's court minutes. Not only is this system User Friendly and Affordable, but comes equipted with all the features needed to accomplish this task. This system does not include "Electronic Image Processing", but does include the following:

(1) Access via Instrument Number, Attachment Names, or Abstract Data.

(2) User definable, three character, Instrument, Attachment, and Book type codes.

(3) Inquiry Only options for unattended viewing by non office personnel.

(4) Unlimited attachments per instrument and numerous printing options.

(5) Interfaces with WordPerfect for indexing of commissioner's court minutes.
